Ben had a leadership role at Hargreaves Lansdown through their journey from underdog to market leader. He led their award-winning Helpdesk, stockbrokers, and various support teams. Ben then joined Freetrade helping them reach profitability.

James has spent over 15 years working in product, operations and compliance for some of the biggest investment platforms in the UK including AJ Bell, Hargreaves Lansdown and Parmenion. James cofounded Adalpha which was acquired by AJ Bell in 2021.

Dave is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in financial services. He was CEO and co-founder of Adalpha and COO and member of the founding team at Parmenion. He has recently been Head of CASS at InvestEngine.

Jen has over 15 years of experience in the charity sector leading to her role as Head of Direct Engagement at Save the Children UK. Jen has also been appointed to the Standards Committee at the Fundraising Regulator, overseeing the Code of Fundraising Practice.

Paul is a Chartered Accountant who’s advised billion-dollar firms including Nike and Starbucks. He’s had leadership roles at several successful start ups and founded Towards Better to help companies link impact and financial performance.

Georgia has spent her career creating content and advising on marketing strategy for financial services companies including Hargreaves Lansdown and Barclays. She also writes fund-raising material and grant applications for local and national charities.
